Make yummy masala corn in 5 minutes flat :)


Happy Independence Day, beautiful ladies 🙂 Hope you’ll are enjoying your holiday today! No holiday here 🙁 How I miss those jalebis mom used to bring home every independence day without fail. It was a kind of ritual! Anyway, I had maggi today for breakfast to compensate for jalebis 😛 (How can someone compensate for jalebi by having maggi? *confused*)

Anyway, don’t we tend to have masala corn whenever we get to see it in the shopping malls? It is super easy and quick to make and we can make it at home too. You can experiment and add ingredients as per your liking. If you want to make it a little bit Indian way, you can also add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chat masala and tandoori masala. Here I am sharing the way I make it, and the way I like it 😉 . Lets move on to the recipe!


* Frozen sweet corns – 1 bowl
* Salt – 1 pinch or to taste
* Butter – 1-2 tsp
* Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
* Lemon juice – 1 tsp
* Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp (in the pic above, I have not added red chilli powder)


-> Take out the frozen sweet corns in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 4 minutes.
-> Now mix well all the ingredients in it, and have it warm 🙂

Isn’t is super quick? 😉
