How to get a fried papad without frying?!
My husband is fond of fried papad but I like it roasted. Roasted, mainly because I don’t want to use so much oil for frying.
Here is a method which serves the purpose of both. It tastes like fried but it is roasted. Confused? Don’t be, just read on!
-> Take the papad
-> Oil both sides of it:
-> Now roast it on the stove like we generally do.
-> Here we get the fried yet roasted Papad 🙂
P.S: I like it without spots, but my dear son started shouted at the same time and the papad burnt a bit 🙁 .
But don’t worry you will get a spotless papad 🙂
