Potato (cut into 4 pieces each and then sliced) – 2 cups
Fenugreek leave (chopped) – 1-2 cup(s)
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp.
Salt – to taste
Green chilli – 1 tsp (chopped)
Tomato (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
* Heat up oil in a wok and then add cumin seeds and chopped green chilli.
* When cumin seeds start crackling, add potatoes.
* After 1-2 minute(s), add all the dry powders (turmeric, coriander, salt) followed by chopped tomato.
* When the masala is done, add the chopped fenugreek leaves.
* Cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Turn off the stove.
Serve with chapati/paratha!
