Gobhi Methi (cauliflower with fenugreek leaves)

A nice combo of cauliflower and fenugreek leaves.

Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets-4 cups (steamed or parboiled in salted water)
Fenugreek leaves-2 cups (blanched in salted water and chopped)
Onion-3/4 cup (chopped)
Garlic-2 nos.(finely chopped)
Tomato-1/2 cup (chopped)
Green chilli-1 (chopped)
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Garam masala-1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Salt-to taste

Method:
-> Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it starts crackling, add chopped chilli.
-> Add chopped garlic. When it turns light brown, add chopped onion.
-> Now add cauliflower florets and fry for few minutes.
-> Add turmeric powder and coriander powder.
-> Add salt and fry till it leaves oil.
-> Now add tomato and fenugreek leaves.
-> Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
-> Add garam masala and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-> Switch off the stove.

It is ready to be served 🙂
