Macaroni in Indian style.

I love to eat pasta and also love to cook it in different styles. It was so cold yesterday and I was so willing to eat something HOT. Since macaroni doesn’t take long to cook and I use chopper which does the chopping work really fast, so it took me not more than 20-25 minutes to get this HOT cuisine ready. Let’s see how..

Ingredients:

Macaroni-1 cup
Green chilli-1 small
Onion-1 small
Garlic-1/2 tbsp
Capsicum-1 small
Beans-2-4 nos.
Tomato-1/2 small
Salt-to taste
Coriander Powder-1/2-1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp

Method:

-> Boil macaroni in salted water. Strain and run through cold water and add oil. Keep aside.
-> Chop chilli, garlic, onion, capsicum and beans.
-> In a pan, take oil. Add chopped chilli, garlic and onion. Fry for 2 minutes or till translucent.
-> Now add chopped capsicum and beans and fry for 1-2 minutes.
-> Add salt, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
-> Add tomato. Cook till oil separates.
-> Now add the boiled macaroni. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the stove.

It is ready to serve 🙂
